1. The service

alertapiso monitors home and rental-room listings on Idealista in Spain, Portugal and Italy and sends email and Telegram alerts for matching listings. Optional auto-contact follows your settings. The service is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us").

Room rentals use Idealista only. Independent agencies are included only for home searches.

Monitoring runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–19:00 local time, excluding national holidays. It pauses at night and on weekends.

2. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and only use alertapiso for lawful house-hunting. You are responsible for your use of Idealista through our service, for complying with Idealista's own terms, and for any messages sent to landlords on your behalf. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of third-party listings.

3. Subscription, price and free trial

alertapiso costs €9 per month. New accounts include a 5-day free trial (weekends excluded, Europe/Madrid time) and no credit card is required to start. Subscriptions are billed inside Telegram and renew automatically each month until cancelled.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or inside Telegram; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. 5. Availability and liability

We aim to run the service reliably but do not guarantee that every matching listing will be detected or delivered without delay, or that a listing will still be available when you respond. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
