1. The service

alertapiso monitors Idealista listings in Spain, Portugal and Italy and notifies you by email and Telegram when new listings match your filters. When enabled, it can also contact landlords on your behalf. The service is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us").

2. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and only use alertapiso for lawful house-hunting. You are responsible for your use of Idealista through our service, for complying with Idealista's own terms, and for any messages sent to landlords on your behalf. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of third-party listings.

3. Subscription, price and free trial

alertapiso costs €9 per month. New accounts include a 5-day free trial and no credit card is required to start. Subscriptions are billed inside Telegram and renew automatically each month until cancelled.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or inside Telegram; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. 5. Availability and liability
