1. Who we are

2. What data we collect and why

• Account data — your email address and, if you sign in via Telegram, your Telegram user ID and username. Used to create your account and send alerts.
• Your Idealista credentials — to monitor Idealista on your behalf and, when you enable it, to contact landlords automatically, we store the Idealista email, password and session tokens you provide. These are encrypted at rest and used only to act on Idealista as you instruct.
• Search preferences — the areas, price range and filters you set, so we can match new listings and notify you.
• Payment data — subscriptions are billed inside Telegram. We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status but do not store your full card number.

3. Automated actions on your behalf

When you enable auto-contact, alertapiso signs in to Idealista with your credentials and sends messages to landlords for listings that match your filters. You are responsible for the content and consequences of these messages. Idealista's own terms apply to your use of their platform.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where required, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When you cancel or delete your account, your Idealista credentials and search preferences are deleted [WITHIN X DAYS]. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@alertapiso.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run alertapiso (hosting, Telegram, email delivery) and with Idealista when acting on your instructions.
